GETTING STARTED

Core concepts

The mental model behind Wardizon: tenancy, engagements, and how credits are consumed.

Tenancy model

Wardizon is a three-tier B2B2C platform. The Vendor operates the platform, each Partner is an MSP, and every Customer is a client of that MSP. Tenant isolation is enforced in the database with Row-Level Security.

Engagements

An engagement is one signed scope for one client (up to 5 targets on paid plans, 2 on Trial). It carries its own authorization, findings history, and report trail, and moves through the lifecycle from draft to delivered.

Credits

The billable unit is the RoE, the Customer-signed authorization over a scope. Sending one uses credits (a blackbox RoE is 1 credit, a graybox RoE is 3), whether or not the client signs. Inside a signed RoE, up to 30 executions over 30 days cost nothing extra on paid plans. Unused credits do not roll over. The Trial includes 1 credit and runs the Basic scan only. Concurrency, how many scans run at once, is a separate, tier-based limit.

NOTE
If the subscription is past due, scans already running complete normally; new launches are blocked until payment recovers.
