One credit buys one blackbox RoE: the Rules of Engagement your client signs online, covering up to 5 targets with up to 30 runs (Trial: 2 targets, 3 runs, Basic scan only). A graybox RoE costs 3 credits and is not available on Trial. The credit is used when you send the RoE for signature, signed or not, so agree with your client first.

Yes. AI enrichment is included in every plan, with no separate AI bill. The AI analysis is performed by a third-party provider, Anthropic (Claude), in the USA.

Yes. An upgrade applies immediately; the new tier’s full monthly price is charged at once, as prepayment of your next cycle. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your cycle, and nothing is deleted.

Yes. Each tier includes a set number of client accounts; talk to us for the figure on your tier. Each client’s data is kept apart from the others by row-level isolation in the database.

Yes, on every plan: the PDF report carries your company logo and name, marked "Powered by Wardizon". The authorization request your client receives names your company and is delivered through the Wardizon platform.

Until your paid period ends, you can undo the cancellation from the console and nothing changes. Once it has ended, subscribe again to come back. Signed authorizations are retained as legal records.
