On your invoice. The console shows the list price.
Yes, with no penalty. The period you already paid for (the month — or the year, on annual) is delivered to its end.
Both. The annual price already carries a 15% discount; the console opens on annual, and monthly is a choice you make when subscribing.
Yes. The 30% is applied on top of the annual price, which already has 15% off — in the first year, about 40% below the full monthly price.
At upgrade we charge the full price of one cycle of the new plan (a month on monthly, a year on annual), as a prepayment of your next cycle; the following invoice comes out at zero. On monthly, while the discount lasts, the 30% comes back as credit. On annual, that prepayment covers the second year, which is already at full price.
Write to contato@wardizon.com as soon as you notice: we apply the discount within 3 business days, and only until the offer ends (Dec 31, 2026).
Not yet. The RoE signing email, the signing page and the report are currently in Portuguese; English versions are on the roadmap.
